It is the policy of A View From Above that all photography sessions will be performed with the highest regard for safety of life and property. A View From Above will obey all local and federal laws and will never intentionally or willfully violate said laws.
A View From Above reserves the right to deny any photo session based on perceived or real hazards, threats to safety of any person, or potential for equipment damage.
Permissions for taking photographs of subjects shall be the sole responsibility of the client, and A View From Above shall not be held liable regarding same.
Unless otherwise agreed upon by A View From Above all work will be performed COD (Cash on Delivery). Personal and business checks are accepted with proper identification.
